We were pleased with how friendly the staff were, and also how quick the process was.

Our sales assistant Adam was very knowledgable about the different mattresses and gave us great advice.

Staff that appeared when I wanted them and disappeared when I didn't. All the staff were very helpful without interfering or being overbearing. We were left alone to try out the beds without being hassled or pressured. The chap helping us (I didn't get his name) was really knowledgeable and approachable, but professiona rather than casual.

Paul who serviced me was a very pleasant gentleman and the product was a complete bargain

The assistant Adam at Stockport was extremely patient and helpful as we took a long time to choose a bed and mattress. He even made us a cup of coffee and was happy to demonstrate the features of beds and move mattresses for us. His colleagues were friendly and helpful too.

we were given the information needed to help us find the bed we wanted, we were not followed about, but help was on hand right away when we asked. Very friendly informative man (Adam) who told us all we needed to know.

Paul was good enough to guide us through an enormous display of goods. He explained the qualities of the various mattresses and the advantages or otherwise of the goods. Paul also makes a mean cup of coffee.

The assistant was extremely helpful. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me the appropriate products and then left me to decide what I wanted with no sales pressure at all, for which I was very grateful. When I had made my choice she dealt with the sale very efficiently. It made my shopping experience very pleasant and I am sure I will use the store again when I need.

This is the second time that we have purchased a bed from Dreams. Last time we purchased the bed from the Macclesfield store, which has since closed, but where we had great customer service. As a result, we travelled to your Stockport store for this purchase and we experienced even better service. Product knowledge and customer service is ESPECIALLY IMPORTANT to us as I have a back problem. Initially we dealt with Adam, who took time to explain the choices or mattresses and with his help we notionally selected the bed but we were not in a position to purchase the bed at that time as we were waiting to move house. Today we visited the store and Paul assisted us in selecting the headboard and placing the order. What we really appreciated with both Adam and Paul was that they both a) introduced themselves to us and gave us some basic product knowledge but b) left us to try out the beds and c) when "we were ready" they were both happy to explain the products further and gave us confidence in that we have chosen the correct bed and mattress. Adam and Paul clearly know your beds very well and they engaged with us in a style that gave us confidence. Great customer service - Well done!
