The patience shown by the two members of staff, Paul &Yam, who dealt with my husband & myself . They took the time & trouble to fully explain the differences between the many mattresses we were looking at & ensured that the one we chose would fully meet our needs & we were given a very good price .

I went into store looking for a mattress to help my back. I visited the stockport store kam was extremely helpful and patient with me going from bed to bed and explained the way they alll worked and she was extremely friendly to both me and my daughter and so was the manager. A very pleasant visit and both shared lots of product knowledge

the lady was very helpful with her expert advice and knowledge.she asked us also if we would like a drink. we were not pushed in to the sale we were left to decide in our own time. we wanted to be sure we had chosen the right mattress for our needs.

Very helpful and friendly assistance to help us choose which products would best meet our needs.

We were met by Liz, who gave very good recommendations and information, showed several alternatives, suggested headboards, then left us time to discuss everything without hovering and was then available for us to make our purchases. She told us of special offer pillows and placed our order, ensuring a good delivery date.She was extremely helpful. We have bought beds from Dreams before and it was our first stop this time.

Paul was knowledgeable and easy to chat to. Plus the store was able to deliver suitable product within our timeframe.

apart from the fact I love what I have bought the sales guy Adam was brilliant
