Dreams - Stockport

The reason we were highly satisfied was because the sales person who assisted us was absolutely amazing. She took care of us us right away and showed us around the store, helping us try lots of different mattresses, and even our 12 year old got to try different mattresses. She helped us get him the Olympic bedsheet set that he spotted on his way in. We ended up buying 5 beds from Elizabeth, instead of just looking around. She is the best.

The sales assistant was extremely helpful to me. She shown me many options with in my price range. Also explained the difference with in the mattress. I have a disability and I explained what I was looking for. The lady sales assistant said I could try the mattress. And explained the difference in support. She was very helpful also very welcoming. Lovely clean store. With very pollite sales assistant. Who knew her job very well. I was very impressed with the service I received. Thank you.

So simple. Went in the Shop. Saw the product we liked. Saw the most helpful assistant. Bought the product. Went home .

The assistant whose name was Liz was really brilliant and was able to answer all our questions. She was brilliant was so polite and treated us in a lovely way putting us completely at our ease and she was so up to date with all the mattresses on offer. We did go on the bed which selects the mattresses which would most satisfy our particular needs. At the till she explained everything really well. In fact a most wonderful shopping experience and the cup of coffee was wonderful too. We will certainly recommend Dreams to all our friends. Liz is certainly an employee you should be very proud of.

Staff were extremely attentive and I appreciated that they listened to what we actually wanted and were able to meet our needs quickly and with no fuss

Assistance was given straight away as soon as we entered the store. The member of staff took time and listened to our needs and explained every difference of mattress in great details. Gave us time to try and test each mattress for few minutes giving us the same time privacy and space that made us feel very comfortable

The assistant who served us was polite and was not at all pushy with sales patter and she also offered us a drink. Her name was Liz. When we returned the next day, with our bank details, the assistant was helpful and offered me a bottle of water when I was coughing a bit.
