There was more than enough choice of beds and mattresses and I was extremely happy with the whole process of my purchase.

The staff members were extremely helpful, particularly Michelle who was polite, friendly and efficient in handling all of our queries.

Lauren couldn’t have been more helpful! She listened to both of us & then advised us to try out the sleep station which would tell us exactly what we need & not what we think we need/want! She was right! The new bed, can’t wait for it to arrive - we’ve been struggling over past few weeks with our current ‘well known hybrid bed’ - never again…. Lauren was really helpful, considerate to what we wanted & needed- she listened, didn’t force us to pick etc- we ended up getting our son to pick a new bed too! Thanks again Lauren, can’t wait for new bed to arrive next week.

Assistant was very friendly and helpful from the moment we entered. Helped us find the perfect product and went above and beyond when it came to entertaining my 3 year old by talking to her and providing a book for her to read. As a side note, the toilet facilities was the cleanest and most well maintained we’ve come across.

We were greeted as we entered the store, it was not pushy or intrusive, very welcoming. Liz asked us the right questions an helped us to choose what we wanted, gave us enough time to discuss our decision between ourselves. It was quite relaxing experience (I hate shopping), so I was really pleased.

The assistant who helped us spent a lot of time with us to help us understand what we were looking for and showed us lots of options. I really liked that she didn't push us

The staff were really friendly and helpful and patient; they even made me a cup of tea and took time to help me find a bed to suit my needs.

Michelle, the manager, showed a very well knowledge of the product, logistics and delivery. I felt very well treated.

The lady serving us what lovely and did her utmost to keep our little one entertained whilst we did the mattress test.
