Products clearly labeled and displayed. Really liked the wall displaying mattresses in order of firmness as it was easy to compare.

I thought the service was friendly and could get my product delivered when requested. I don't think that there should be an assembly fee, as well as a delivery fee and parts warranty. What seemed like a good value for money bed turned into a big expense but it was an essential purchase

The assistant Liz was very attentive and any question I had she helped in every way. As soon as I entered the store a shop assistant acknowledged me.

Paul was helpful and not too overbearing. The kids had something to do while we were talking to him.

The person who i spoke to knew his stuff about the bed and mattress...it helped make the decision to buy, as i was comparing to bensons for beds and deciding where to buy from. Decided to go with Dreams in the end.
