Adam was friendly and efficiently took our order despite computer problems

We were given excellent assistance from your colleague Laura. She listened to our requirements then directed us to the appropriate beds. Using her product knowledge she also made some suggestions of other beds we might consider, one of which proved to be our final choice. She was friendly and helpful and saved us much time, at no time did she make us feel pressured, she was just available when we wanted help - 10 out of 10 for her!

The sales staff were very friendly. Adam was the person who looked after us and he was helpful without being pushy so maintained an excellent balance.

The assistant was helpful but not pushy and was able to answer our questions. She had good product knowledge.

Lauren, who helped us, was fabulous. Enthusiastic, not at all robotic as some sales staff can be, fun - she really understood us and our needs. She made spending £1100 an absolute pleasure

On our first visit to the Stockport store we were greeted in a friendly manner and the layout of the store was explained. The sales assistant Adam was helpful and friendly and not at all pushy, and allowed us to look around at leisure. We returned a couple of days later and experienced the same level of friendliness in all the team members we interacted with, and Adam completed our final choice sale with us, the whole process was painless and positive, we particularly appreciated the free delivery and pillows that Adam threw into the mix for us, and we are looking forward to our new super comfy bad! Have been looking for an Ottoman bed frame having purchase expensive matress 2 years ago. Was about to buy from Argos but did not say if it was front or side opening of bed so wanted to see one myself, didnt fancy going to Bensons as our friends did not have a good experience with them & ended up replacing the bed they bought. Walked into the Stockport store having looked on internet where it was. Also seen the advert on telly saying change your matress every 8 years so thought would try dreams. Well met by a lady called Liz who was so imformative & helpful as originally when we went in the store did not know what colour we wanted either. Liz let me try 2 beds just to see if i could lift the frame up which was so helpful, plus decided which colour to buy & feel made the correct choice cannot wait for delivery on 14th Jan 2016. If i had not gone into the store would never have know what they looked like & with being short on space in our bedroom so glad i did. Thanks Liz xx

Helpful but not overly pushy staff, better deal than offered at a competitor. Overall very happy

Excellent pleasant staff

great sfaff very helpfull, I have a disabillity and was assisted in requirments even though the staff member (paul) was busy. Bought my last bed from dream and was very happy with that also.
