Dreams - Stockport

During my visit to Dreams, Laura and Paul along with the staff that welcomed us in were all very helpful, they understood my needs and assisted with everything that i requested and exceeded expectations with regards to value of product, quality of service, customer service , in a timely manner and went above and beyond.

Welcomed by Laura, who was very helpful and informed us about the products we were looking at. She was knowledgeable and helped us to decide which products would best suit us. Very happy and will be returning to this store again.

Although staff were busy on my visit to the Stockport store ,they acknowledged me and quickly dealt with my needs in a polite and friendly manner .

Friendly service was given without being overbearing. Fairly quiet, clean store, well laid out.

I have visted the Stockport store two times before and had decided to purchase today. The Sales Assistant allowed me to browse and when i was ready i approached him. He quickly understand what i was looking for and guided be professionally to the matress, bedframe and headboard, which would fit my requirements. I was then passed on to the manager to complete my purchase. From entering the clean and well laid-out store to making my purchase i felt comfortable and looked after.

Adam at the Stockport store was extremely helpful in showing me the sofa bed I was interested in and processed the sale extremely efficiently.

The staff member was very knowledgable and helped me understand how to get the mattress that best suited my needs
