Manager of the store was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Assistant who helped me was knowledgeable, though things took a bit longer since she was a new starter

I originally purchased a mattress approx. 6/7 years ago from the same store and have been so pleased with it, it was an easy decision to return to the same place to obtain a replacement, when this one eventually wore out. I will be back in 6/7 years when this mattress eventually needs replacing. I will also return should I need anything bed/mattress related I only shop where I am confident of service, and more importantly value for my money!

The salesman was knowledgable without being pushy. He gave us time to decide but kept in touch to answer questions. I hate pushy salesmen, this guy got it just right for me
