because the assistant named Liz did not pressure me . she watched and waited until she realised i needed advice then asked in a polite and friendly manner if we were ok .I hate being pressured when browsing for any goods when shopping but found this particular experience a pleasant one

The lady that assisted me asked what I was looking for and knew the type of mattress that I was looking for

I was welcomed on arrival by Paul, who took me straight to the mattresses I wanted to see. He explained the different mattresses available and allowed me time to try several, including the specific pillows that I required. All my questions were answered and he was friendly and polite throughout. I didn't feel like I was being rushed, but was given the attention needed to select the right product. Paul reassured me about the opportunity to exchange the mattress if it wasn't suitable after trying for 40 days, which is helpful for such a large purchase.

We were served by Liz who was fantastic, highly knowledgeable in what she was talking about, very friendly and not pushing us into a product we did not want. She gave her best all the time with a lovely smile on her face and made us feel at ease and at home. She is a credit to the company and deserves recognition from a Senior Manager and a vote of thanks from us as well. She explained everything to us, including the offer you have about exchanging the mattress within 40 days if we are not satisfied with it. She gave us our free Mattress protector and the disposal grren bag for our old mattress.In a few words, WE COULD NOT FAULT HER. Please congratulate her from us and on behalf of Dreams.

The sales representative was extreamly helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy and had a very polite manner. Easy to talk to and had a sense of humour regarding falling asleep when trying out the beds ! A joke I am sure he must hear every day.

The salesman, Adam was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He gave us time to try out all the beds in the store and explained the difference between them. A most pleasant man.

The sales assistant Laura was extremley helpful and went out of her way to get us the best possible deal. We would recommend your company and would return again.

Liz the assistant helping us was knowledgeable and very helpful. She left us alone for periods so we could discuss the varying mobility beds and so my mum could try them in her own time. She was available to advise and assist when needed.
