My husband and I was looking for a mattress. We was greeted by Elizabeth with a smile and was very helpful. She helped us choose the right mattress and gave us some good advice and she was very knowledgeable. We paid extra for delivery which I was surprised that our mattress was going to be delivered later that week. Great service and would not hesitate to buy other products from here again.

Laura met us at the door and welcomed us to the store. She was very helpful and friendly throughout our visit and provided us with pillows appropriate to our sleeping positions to allow us to test mattresses. She also took the time to help us find some pillows which we bought. We feel that she delivered exceptional customer service and is an asset to Dreams. Unfortunately the mattress that we found most comfortable was not available to try in Dreams. We would have happily paid a premium compared to other stores if it had been available. Overall we where highly satisfied and would highly recommend dreams to other people. Very impressed throughout our visit.

I went in to the store looking for a particular bed I had seen on line in a particular size. The assistant was able to direct me straightaway and gave me other options to consider. I also needed advise about buying a mattress and found the assistant very helpful in understanding my needs and directed me to the right style for me.

All the staff in store were lovely, welcoming and friendly. Offered my partner and a a hot drink and were not pushy or over powering. it made it a pleasure to be shopping rather than someone trying to push us in to buying where we experienced else where All staff had experience and product knowledge and were keen in making our experience enjoyable. very happy and told all our friends to go.

As soon as I walked into Dreams Stockport I was greeted and offered help . The bed I had seen was online only and was not in store . The lovely man offered to order the bed for me which I said yes . He then went in to give me information about which mattress would be the best for me and I tried some out . With all his help I ended up buying a mattress as well as I bed . Thank you Dreams can not wait to get my new bed !
