Dreams - Stockport

Think we hit the 'sweet spot' for a Saturday, as arrived circa 09:15 so basically the first customer so there was time to browse and talk through what we were looking for, as well as trying several different mattresses without other customers awaiting their time

The staff (Elizabeth and Paul) were very helpful and friendly and professional, listened to our needs without interruption from either of them and were not pushy. Well done to them both.

Liz was very helpful,we had been in before and Liz saw us each time,we wanted t make sure the item was correct.

Excellent personal service from Laura including coffee.Extremely knowledgeable about the products.Very personable. while being really efficient.Good range of beds and mattresses easy to understand information All in all a very enjoyable and productive visit PS HOLD ON TO LAURA.p

I entered the store as I had been on your website looking for mattresses, I was in the store for about 2 minutes when approached by the Store Manager Paul, I appreciated the time I was allowed to look as I don't like being approached too soon upon entering stores, Paul discussed/asked my requirements and took me to the relevant area explaining the different colour codes re mattress firmness etc. he asked me to try the mattresses and then gave me some time to make a decision, he gave me a few minutes to try various mattresses then advised me about the various spring types in your mattresses, again he allowed me to take my time my decision made, I then went on to purchase my mattress.

we felt comfortable and at ease as soon as we walked in, we were aknowledged with a smile by staff and offered help without being pushy and offered a drink whilst we were looking.When we were ready we spoke to Laura who was really friendly helpful and explained everything we wanted to know, we thought we had made our choice but wanted to think about things over night so Laura wrote everything down for us. We returned the following day to a warm welcome from all the staff who remembered us from the previous day which was nice and we purchased the mattress we had seen. we would definately go there again and reccommend to friends and family, we trusted the information we were given, and are looking forward to a good nights sleep

Having recently visited Bensons for Beds (opposite Dreams in Stockport) where they ignored us, it was refreshing to have Laura come over and offer help. She listened to our requirements, clearly understood all the offerings within store, and then patiently spent time with us to find the right combination of bed and mattress. She also engaged very well with our daughter - including her in the conversation.

It was a lady called Liz in Stockport who helped me, she was friendly and approachable and didn't dive on us when we walked through the door. She could tell we were stuck on a decision between two and didn't force us into anything. She was helpful and made sure we got the best out of the price we paid. I had a really pleasant experience, and only went in to look!

The sales assistant and manager, Paul, was very helpful. He listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions. He offered me a drink while I made my mind up which bed to buy and made the whole process very easy. A very professional and friendly gentleman.

I explained what I needed and the assistant made sure I knew which product would sort my needs best. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable .
