When we entered the store we were greeted by a lady assistant who welcomed us to Dreams and then left us alone to wander which is what we like to do. Then she approached and explained the types of product as colour coded. When we were ready to purchase the same assistant was at hand to deal with us. We were given all the necessary information on price, delivery etc. and provided with detailed receipts, mattress bag and free mattress cover.

From start to finish the service was overwhelming. We were welcomed on arrival, given time to browse and try out options, yet knew we could get assistance when we were ready. We did not feel pressured or neglected. The assistant was very helpful and knowledgable. We came away happy with our purchase, pleased with the service and would definitely recommend the store to others.
