Dreams - Stockport

The assistant (Michelle) at the Stockport branch was lovely. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She did not rush my visit and was very patient and pointed out the various offers and extras/discounts that were available and even offered me a coffee which was very welcome!! She is an asset to your team.

Social distancing was in place but also you were given assistance very easily. The staff were extremely helpful and had an answer to every question.

Product knowledge was second to none and I was impressed with the speed of the ordering process. Liz was very friendly but also gave us the time we needed to make a decision; the balance of sales and customer time was perfect

I visited the Stockport Store on Friday 3rd Sept, I was not sure what type of Mattress I was going to get but the sales Lady Michelle was fantastic, she answered all my questions and was very Knowledgeable , she offered me a drink and was so friendly and understood my needs. I made up my mind on the Therapur Actigel Firm Response Mattress and she processed my order, she was great explaining about the recycle of my old mattress and got me a delivery date with in a week. I was so impressed with her that I felt she more a friend than a sales person. I have told a few of my friends about the store. Please thank Michelle for me. :). Thanks Chris Ryan

The lady who served us was outstanding in her friendliness, courtesy and helpfulness. We’ve NEVER been so well looked after in a store. Nothing was too much trouble. Her knowledge of the stock and her understanding of what we were looking for meant that we found exactly what we needed. Absolutely outstanding service.

Whilst looking at the details of the types of mattresses,we were approached by Kassam who asked my needs and went into detail of the cost,delivery details,insurance Pick and Take.He is a credit to the Company,being a polite,tidy and clean member of Staff and provided me with a coffee

Sales advisor Lauren was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful during our visit to the Stockport store. She listened to our requirements and advised us of the most suitable mattresses for our needs. A pleasurable experience without feeling pressured or awkward at any stage.

Lauren @ Dreams Stockport was amazing and helped us choose a number of beds, mattresses, duvets etc for our family of 5. Lauren was highly knowledgable, professional, patient and very friendly - she made a daunting task seem so easy.

Significant amount of time and guidance provided by Lauren at the Stockport Branch. She was very patient and clearly explained the in's and out's of mattresses which was surprising to understand the significant differences. The bank holiday discounts on the bedframe and mattress was welcome news.
