The whole process was pleasant and enjoyable. we really enjoyed purchasing our new materess and pillows.

The person serving me knew exactly what she was talking about and was extremely helpful.

All down to your sales person, Liz. She was so professional and was highly knowledgeable about all the products available and also provided us with the honest guidance that we required. An absolute asset to the company.

Clear layout of the beds on offer and Laura who dealt with us was very helpful. She explained what came with the bed frames we were interested in. We were hoping that we could have it delivered sooner than stated so we decided to look in other shops and in the end we came back as we were not happy with the service we received with where we went next. Laura explained the extras that were available, but wasn't too pushy in the slightest which helped with the other all experience. Will definitely use Dreams again.

The knowledge of the friendly staff was great. They weren't too pushy but we're always on hand to answer any questions

Some dificulty climbing stairs (hip problem). Otherwise no problem.

Adam Was very helpful explained all the differences between the beds and helped us choose the best deal and bed for us really nice guy and also offered us a brew!!!
