I knew exactly what I wanted and your assistant Laura (Stockport) took me straight to the product and demonstrated how it worked and explained the price, delivery charge and delivery wait time. She was very polite and helpful. I came back a few hours later with my husband and made our purchase.

Shopping with my husband can be quite tedious as we tend to disagree however he had done a preliminary Internet search for the next bed that we needed. The store was quiet but we had the undivided attention of the staff Laura who advised us on the product whilst leaving us to discuss things ourselves. She was amazingly helpful and considerate to our needs and we didn't feel as though we were being pushed or persuaded into anything we didn't want. We were in the store about half an hour and it proved to be a very calm laid back shopping trip that I have had for a while. I felt pleased that we have purchased the right product and I even dreamt of sleeping in my new bed!

Liz and Adam based at the Stockport branch were amazing friendly and professional while maintaining a very easy come easy go personality. Having these two sort my order was great, didn't feel like I was being pushed to buy things, they were just honest and friendly 5stars !!

This was our second visit and purchase we tried other places but always end up back at dreams they have a Great choice of beds friendly and helpful staff even made us a cup of coffee whilst we looked very understanding to our needs and budget 100% satisfaction.

I visited dreams in Stockport first in my search for a bed that would suit my medical needs. I was dealt with a lady called Liz was very patient and knowledgeable. I explained that I wouldn't be buying on that day as I needed to do my homework and make sure I was making the right choice and she was not put off by this and continued to be very helpful. After doing the rounds of all bed shops I could find I returned to Dreams but it was Liz day off. Although disappointed not to see her friendly familiar face I was served by Adam who was equally good. I could have bought the bed from another branch of Dreams or another shop all together but chose to return to Stockport dreams because of the excellent customer service and confidence in the product. I also liked the 8 year guarantee for £99 which definitely swung the sale in Dreams favour as my last Tempur bed broke down bit by bit and Tempurs customer service was extremely disappointing to say the least. I also revisited Dreams the following day after making my purchase to thank Liz in person for her excellent customer service. So now await the arrival of my new bed in confidence that I will have at least 8 years of comfort. Thank you
