Adam was very knowledgeable about each mattress and allowed as much time as we wished to inspect as many mattresses as we thought necessary. We were just a little disappointed not to find a springless mattress at the price we wanted to pay. Also there were none which would be suitable for my Crafttmatic base divan. Neither will I be able to use an electric blanket.My daughter as removed my electric blanket and disconnected the adjustable figments. As I am 83 years old we wanted a quality mattress that was fairly cheap.Who knows how long I will live? There is no reason why it should be less than 8 years, but one never knows! At least I am still mantis compos!! June Levy

Liz. Highly professional and efficient. Listened to our needs and guided us through the many options there were. She knew her products and because she listened, she made the correct matching by tirelessly pointing out the the differences in mattress depth and it's significance for growing teenage boys verses adults. I therefore bought my seventeen year old son a king size bed as he is already 6'4" and might possibly grow some more. Liz pointed out that a 6'6" bed would be a better buy for a growing lad. My son had really worked at convincing me to buy him a double bed, so he will be amazed when he sees the king size!

Very very pleased with everything relating to our purchase. I have a bad back so it very important that I get the right mattress for my back. Paul, the store manager was excellent in spending time and supplying information to all mattresses we were looking at. We were offered tea or coffee immediately, excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere when we entered the store. We were welcomed and then left to look around for ourselves. I approached a salesperson who was eager to help but was not at all pushy. He asked us a few questions about our requirements and then made recommendations for trying out the beds. He was informative and helpful. Adam made it very easy for us to look around at our leisure and didn't encroach on us at all. We were given coffee's during our visit also. Nothing was too much trouble. We went for lunch before making our decision and we're not made to feel awkward about leaving the store.

The sales person talked us through the different types of mattress and ensured we had the correct pillows to allow a proper comparison. She than gave us space to try the mattress once we decided on she then helped us select the right base.
