Staff, notably Laura were friendly but not too pushy.

Paul, the store manager was very helpful and pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble for him and made our experience in store welcoming. In fact, all staff were lovely.

As we arrived we were welcomed into Dreams and Laura was assigned to look after us We were then left to make a decision and a choose our Bed, Headboard and Mattress then we returned to the desk and a very helpful Paul finished our sale

Being disabled, I was given special attention. Beds were moved to accommodate my mobility scooter so that I could try out the beds. Even extra pillows were provided. Your employee, Paul, was extra attentive to my needs. Very well treated.

The assistant was very helpful in the knowledge she had for the base and mattress that I purchased. She also made me aware of extra insurance for said base and mattress, and also offers on bedding and pillows. I would recommend friend s and family members to visit the same store if needing a new bed

We went in to dreams knowing that we would be buying a mattress. The shop assistant was great, she explained the products, offered us refreshments, gave us time to browse independently, gave us pillows to help us decide between the mattresses we had chosen and she also offered colouring in for our daughter.

The moment we entered we were kindly greeted and allowed to browse for a few moments and offered refreshments,unexpected but a very nice offer. We were given very professional advice on availability and variety of beds. Very helpful. We were allowed to browse at lesuire and offered pillows to improve the testing and comfort of the mattress we were choosing. The assistance was second to none,very helpful and professional,polite and friendly.

Liz was conversant with all the products in the store. She met every criteria we presented. Not only was she efficient, but she was friendly, patient and willing to talk us through possible combinations. She went out of her way to explain the difference in mattresses eg needs of teenagers verses mature adults; foam and Spring mattresses, density etc. Even though it was closing time, she did not try to rush us through.

Laura was very knowledgable and helped us make an informed decision without being pushy. We felt Laura wanted to help us spend our money wisely and selct the mattress that suited our needs.
