Dreams - Stockport

Overall experience was good previously visited a dreams in southport so already knew most of what we needed with a little extra guidance we came to our final choice of bed frame, mattress and pillows.

I was shopping for a new mattress for my new home. The store assistant showed me a variety of mattress's after asking me many questions about what type of mattress I would prefer. The store was clean & tidy and the store assistant was helpful but not pushy. I receieved advice when I asked for it and he explained the difference in mattresses to me. The store assistant understood my current situation of moving into my new house and advised that the delivery is flexible and to let them know of any changes. I was happy with the flexibility and the understanding of my situation and needs. I would recommend dreams to anyone who needs a bed/mattress in the future.

I went to this store knowing what bed I wanted, got all the help I needed & then got lots of advice on what mattress to get, that was very helpful!

We went in woth no idea what to go for. We wanted a bed. From this, Adam at the stockport store was able to guide us to a choice of 2 mattresses and guided us towards our final choice with very little sales pushing that we have received from other places. In under 45 minutes we went from not having a clue to having a browse and then him placing our order on a date that suited us. So far we are very happy, just hoping the bed arrives on the date and we get a great night sleep for the next 8 years!

The customer service was excellent, I felt as though they were available to answer any questions and give advice, but that they left me alone to try the beds out without any pressure to rush into buying anything

The sales assistant Elizabeth was very efficient and knowledgeable without being pushy

I visited the store three times on different days as I was looking for bed. Every time I was being served and looked after so well that finally I decided to buy a bed from here and secondly the bed I reserved on the first day , was kept for me as promised and I was contacted by Adam who served me every time , when the bed was ready to be sold.

Laura was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. The questions that she asked enabled her to make a proposal for what I should try quickly which was appreciated.
