Laura provided excellent service. She knew who to talk to to resolve the query that I had. She got all the answers required to help enable me to purchase an almost identical product to that which I purchased around 2 years ago.

Michele was amazing! Very knowledgable about the beds & was able to answer all our questions. She did not pressure or rush us and showed us various types of beds. Excellent service with hot drinks provided. Was looking for 2 beds, was only sorry Dreams didn't stock the other one I wanted. Not yet taken delivery of the bed but excited to try it out. So good to know that Dreams do a 40 night trial so I can swap the mattress if required. Am looking for another double bed in the near future & will certainly use Dreams again. Faultless, friendly and professional service from Michelle, she is to be congratulated

The assistance given by Michelle and Andy to my friend and I whilst making our decisions and purchases were above and beyond expectations. The patience shown was remarkable. I can not praise them enough. We were offered cups of tea, as it was close to lunch time and Michelle was about to go for her lunch she offered to get us some sandwiches. We went away ourselves for lunch and think things over as my friend had a couple of decisions in mind. We then went back and spent some more time mulling things over again the staff showing great patience. I do not think they could have been of any more assistance they were brill.

Helpful and friendly without constant asking if we were ok

Liz was very knowledgeable and left us to get on with it and was there when we asked for information. My 3 kids also were happy in there trying out the tempur mattress pod. Staff made it easy as children were running about it but atmosphere was relaxed and it didn't feel like they were bothering anyone.

Adam was extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions efficiently.
