Very friendly staff made a decent cup of tea didn't push or steer to higher priced items ( which had happened at be sons for beds so we left) left us time to make a decision

Received very useful (and not pushy!) help from the assistant. Store was easy to navigate with the colour coded mattress types.

Really friendly and very helpful of which item was more suitabile for my needs. Laura the lady that helped me was very pleasant offered me a drink while I was looking around and even carried part of my order to my car. We have had two beds from here before and are very pleased with all our buys.Good quality and good service what more can you ask for.

Laura at Srockport branch was very knowledgable and extremely helpful. We were very impressed with her knowledge of all the mattresses.

Very helpful sales lady who gave us plenty of space to look and sample different mattresses while knowing she was available to help. When we had narrowed down our choice, she was then able to help us using her product knowledge.

I was greeted by Paul as soon as I entered the store, he was very helpful and polite and explained everything as we went.

Great service was offered a drink and we got 4 pillows thrown in as a house warming gift! Very nice touch!
