Th manager of your stockport store was extremely pleasant and very understanding.She knew her store and it's products very well and spent some time with me making sure that the product I was looking for was right for my needs. I came away delighted that I had made a purchase and within my budget.

Great service, no pressure. We were allowed time to make our minds up and made sure the finance suited us

Dreams-stockport with Adam /Michelle, excellent service and friendliness asked if I would like a coffee, and a piece of Birthday cake (Michelle,s birthday she was so pleased with her cake) I could not have asked for more, felt they wanted to help me , not just take my money as many stores do.You are very lucky to have employees, with excellent people skills.I hope the mattress is as good they they are. I did not really want a mattress as I have been very happy for 30yrs on my old one, but your advert on tv made me think. thought you might want to know that. Margaret Tobin

I had brought my two children with us 1 age 3 and 1 age 12 weeks they waited during the time we had to entertain them and sort them out. Didnt rush us our we didnt feel they were getting frustated with us as our 3 yr old had a melt down. He is also a chatter box but she didnt ignore him when he kept talking to her and she would have a good chat back with him. Some people can be rude when you have children with you but couldnt fault staff

Received a nice welcome and allowed to browse at leisure, no pressure and once I'd made my choice was very happy with the service I received from Liz and pleased with the delivery arrangements and the option to remove my old bed.

Was met by the store manager who was very frendly and i was given a cup on tea , which was very nice. she was very helpful, the visit was very enjoyable.

i enjoyed my visit to the store to be welcomed by two smiling faces who offered me a cup of coffee. One went off to make it the other asked what I was looking for when told her. She showed me all the options and also explained them even to making shore i had the right pillow to test the bed. also had a laugh and joke with staff

I already knew what product I was after but the staff member who looked after me was very friendly and helpful. Would use again and recommend.
