Given time and space to look for what we wanted. Also offered assistance if we needed it. The member of staff dealing with us was very friendly and helpful.

Michelle was great, she approached us and offered advice, but didn’t suffocate us and allowed us to browse on our own so it didn’t feel pushy. She even got me a pillow so I could try the beds properly instead of lying flat (which makes a massive difference) You could see both assistants sanitising the beds when there weren’t customers around so everything felt save and clean

We were helped my Michelle (? Store manager at the Stockport branch) she was superb! She was very helpful, knowledgeable, witty and friendly. She struck the perfect balance between being professional and not being too over bearing. We visited several bed shops, and wish we had seen Michelle first!! She was great, and made a good cuppa! Thanks Michelle

Staff were friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the dreams bed scanner that advised us what mattress would be best for us. Good discount for ex display bed and staff member was very helpful when sorting out our finance

After having walked out of a competitor of yours nearby due to very bad customer service, it was a fantastic experience in Dreams. Lauren was the sales assistant who guided me through the products with great knowledge. Also she was meticulous with sanitizer after every product. Her knowledge & general demeanor was very pleasant making me feel comfortable,respected & valued. As we went to complete my purchase the store manager introduced herself,offered me a drink & was also very approachable. I have already recommended the store to a work colleague & would not hesitate to send people to Stockport Dreams. Thank you

Friendly and helpful staff. They were not “salesy” or pushy with us which made us comfortable with making a purchase. There were also deals of 20% off, free pillows and interest free finance which was perfect for us.
