I received the assistance I needed - not sure how I can be more specific.

We needed a mattress immediately as we had just rented an unfurnished property and our home was in Spain so we did not bring a bed with us. Liz was extremely helpful listened to our requirements and pointed us to a mattress that was available for immediate delivery (next day) as it was late afternoon when we purchased it. The bed was shop soiled but very good value for money. She was very helpful in quickly ordering the chosen bed frame and headboard in the colours we wanted and did her best for a speedy delivery which 15 days from the order date i.e. coming today. She also made us a cup of coffee as we were both exhausted from our 1,500 mile drive back from Spain. She was cheerful and understanding and all you could wish from an assistant.

Elizabeth was very helpful, friendly and her knowledge on matterees was great.

I don't normally like assistants approaching when you are browsing, but I found Elizabeth very helpful and very knowledgeable. The balance of customer service was just right. Not at all pushy or in your face, instead she stepped back but was also very attentive when she saw I needed advice. She also had a good sense of humour

Friendly staff who gave us space to look and test after they had understood our needs, checked din with us but felt no pressure and now have a great new mattress

The lady who we dealt with was lovely, we had two children with us who were running around and being a bit noisy but the lady was so lovely and understanding, she even gave them each a balloon to keep them occupied.

The staff were very approachable and informative, helped us decide on the best products for us without being too pushy. Will definitely return to this store.
