Dreams - Stockport

We found the staff to be extremely helpful and catered to our needs. We took our 2 little girls and they also made them feel welcome and supplied colouring and drinks for them. We bought our last bed off Dreams 8 years age and didn't hesitate in returning for new one.

Wide choice of mattresses that were clearly labelled with lots of information to explain the different types. Helpful, friendly staff.

Knowledgeable sales person who guided me through the range and suitability of the wide variety of available products.

Liz Explained what the colours codes meant and the best to try leaving us to have a play and then came back to see how we were getting on

Upon entering the store we were greeted very pleasantly. The offer of a tea or coffee was nice though we did refuse. We were left to look around at our own pace and only had to ask a couple of questions which we answered very quickly. Michelle is a credit to the Dreams brand and this was one of the main reasons why we returned and placed an order.two days later. The process of ordering was completed very professionally and smoothly. Everything was explained fully (and even got us to buy a headboard which he hadn't planned on doing). Well done.

I've bought from Dreams at Stockport before and was delighted with my purchase and the service. As I'm moving from a very big house to a bungalow, I decided to investigate the ottoman beds for extra storage. I saw Liz, who was knowledgeable and professional. She listened to my situation; went through the bed options; and then told me about mattress construction. When I got my move date, I went back to Liz. Ordering was easy; arranging delivery around my move was easy and, best of all, arranging for assembly of the bed was easy. And worth EVERY pound and penny!!! I had to wait a while on my second visit as there seemed to be just two members of staff on. However, this was a small price for an excellent service.

The staff were friendly & helpful, but not over bearing. Allowing us to take all the time we needed to try out the products.

visited your stockport store on sat 13 august 2013 , on entering the store i was not pounced on by sale staff but once i had had browsed and made a decision your staff was very helpful in telling me about the bed and stayed with me whilst i chose a suitable headboard . The paperwork was then completed and a suitable delivery date was chosen ! will visit again shortly to purchase a sliding door wardrobe that i have seen upstairs ( in the sales )
