Went to store one day returned the next day and lady remembered me and conversations about my family and processed my order very efficiently.

The sales women really took the time to explain each option and made us believe we picked the best mattress for our needs. Highly recommend to anyone

Elizabeth served us and she was friendly, efficient and her product knowledge was excellent. Her colleagues at the store engaged with us even though Elizabeth was helping us. They worked as a team, one young man went and got us a bag to cover our old mattress for collection whilst Elizabeth was processing our order. They did you proud. The men that delivered the mattress were just as excellent. Fantastic effort by all involved. Well done Dreams.

This is our second time at Dreams, we were assisted by Liz (Elizabeth) and I was very impressed with her knowledge and helpfulness. She even looked up our previous purchase of a mattress and nothing was to much trouble. Thank you Liz

You have a very good selection of products, clear labelling/colour coding of type and firmness making it easy to compare, Elizabeth was excellent at assistance advising on similar products we could try when asked, and was friendly and helpful without it feeling pushy. The bottle of water offered was a lovely touch as it's surprisingly exhausting trying out beds!

Michelle the store advisor was patient and informative. It took me a while to choose which bed I wanted as I couldn't decide, I did not feel rushed or pressured into buying a bed and everything was done at my pace but advice and guidance was offered and given When appropriate.

Adam allowed us to look around first and came over to offer assistance once we had narrowed our search to a couple of beds. He offered drinks which we declined, he was a good mix of offering advice and then standing back to allow us to try different beds and discuss between us our thoughts before coming forward again when needed. he again offered drinks which we accepted (a nice touch) Adam was concise and informative without being pushy (a pet hate of ours) Overall a pleasing experience with a very pleasant young man.

Staff were helpful but not intrusive. They were knowledgable and able.to answer questions with ease.

Enjoyed my trip to the store, staff friendly but don't jump on you the minute you walk in! Casual atmosphere but staff available if you want them.
