Staff displayed full product knowledge and answered all our questions

Offered water straight away, left to look for a while before being approached, left again but remained nearby. Went to get cool pillows for is to try. Didn't feel hassled .

Our visit to Dreams was very quick, easy and we achieved what we set out to. We had no complaints.

Very good service the member of staff was very helpful, knew his stuff took the time to understand my needs and find a bed in my budget. No hard sell just very helpful

The Dreams store had a wide range of beds to choose from, for complete beds sets, to mattress only purchases, with lots of choices to suit different needs. I liked the furniture in store too.

The staff didn't push us to chose a mattress or to buy one. We were left to try the beds in peace, taking as long as we wanted, we were in the shop for quite a while. The staff were available to answer our questions but then left us alone again to try, compare and think so we weren't under any pressure to make a decision. Liz placed the order for us very efficiently and quickly. Adam answered our questions and even made us a cup of tea.

Friendly informative staff. No hard sell got the balance right between providing info and letting us think and try.

Liz who works at the store was very approachable and helpful. She had a in-depth understanding of the products available in store and seemed extremely knowledgeable. She couldn't help us enough and took us around the store discussing different options of mattresses as I suffer from pain in my joints due to my current memory foam mattress. She even showed us a mattress that was half the price of the one we had chosen so wasn't just trying to maximise profits. We decided against the cheaper mattress anyway. We commented on being hot and she offered us all a bottle of chilled water. This lady went above and beyond to meet our needs. We were highly satisfied. Would recommend Dreams to everybody.

Adam was knowledgeable and friendly. Did a great job explaining the different mattress options and helping us select a bed that was right for us. He even offered us a brew whilst we were chatting
