We were looking for a good mattress and bed base, which we found with Mike and Adam's help over our visits. We were a bit lost with the amount of mattresses that are in the store, but with the staff help we found very quickly and easily what we were looking for. And 2 weeks after we can say we have the best bed and mattress we could have!!

Assistant was very helpful and very patient with us she talked us through all the beds and explaining all about them and left us to try the beds and asked if we wanted a tea or coffee and very pleasant didn't keep bothering us nice lady

We just got left to our own devices and i explained to the colleague that I had back issues and wanted something that would support my back but have comfort and she pointed out the best ones for me and the one I chose covered all of these aspects I wanted it to!

We entered the store, started to take a look around, after a few minutes we were asjed if we needed any assistance, we declined for now but after narrowing down to a few we took the advice of the assistant, his knowledge of all the products unprompted was very helpful. We came to find our future bed, we were offered a cup of tea ( which made the whole experience more relaxing and none pressuring). The whole transaction was very quick and informative ( Didn't have time to finish our drinks( not that important)). Very satisfied with the all round customers service provided.

Michelle, our assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. Although the shop was busy we were well looked after and given time to wander and experience all the mattresses we needed to. There were three of us so that took some time. We were encouraged to really try out as many as we wanted to. Once we had done so Michelle dealt with our order efficiently whilst we had refreshments and the whole experience was easy, organised and enjoyable.
