I wasn't made to feel hassled by over zealous sales assistants. Michelle who helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, great with my children and even offered to make me a cup of tea! I bought 2 pillows there and then due to her advice and helpful manner.

Extremely helpful staff. Wide range of prices. Prices lower than I expected for a well known company. Good offers on many products.

Only looking to buy a double mattress of which there was a good choice in the autumn sale. My wife and I soon found the one we wanted at a very competitive price

The assistant who attended to our needs was called Adam and he was very helpful but not 'pushy'. He even offered us a cup of coffee! We managed to buy a base and mattress in the Autumn sale. We were happy with the fact that the bed can be changed if we are not satisfied after 30days of use. We were pleased with the disposal offer of the mattress and the fact that our purchase would be delivered in 5days.

We bought our bed from your Stockport store. We were helped by Adam. We wanted an adjustable bed and he appeared to be very knowledgeable about the various products and options, explaining the differences and not trying to sell us any particular option. We subsequently went to other stores, but came back to Dreams because of the help Adam gave us.

It's a nice relaxed environment to decide on a purchase. There wasn't any hard-sell or upselling. Michelle gave me time and room to try out the products I wanted to and was there to answer questions. She helped me to buy the most suitable product - not necessarily the most expensive.

Michelle was very approachable and friendly. She welcomed us to the store and answered our questions honestly . She provided a high quality service to us on the Monday, and we went away feeling happy that we had the best value and knowledge of the product. We shopped around and found the service of other bed salespeople nowhere near as good quality as Michelle and also the price couldn't be beaten elsewhere....even online. We were very happy the the experience and returned 4 days later to purchase the mattress and bedframe with complete confidence and knowledge on our chosen products. Michelle was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time with us, even after store closing time and we didn't feel rushed or causing an inconvenience. A wonderful shopping experience and would highly rerecommend.
