highly recommend this place the woman (LIZ) was so helpful offerd us tea and coffee whilst we browsed round and also whilst arranging payment and delivery

I was highly satisfied because as soon as I walked in the store I was offered help, not pushy just let me know they were there to help me, I told Adam what I was looking for and straight away I was shown the bed that was perfect for me, very friendly and looked after me while I was in the store.

The assistant was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and beds available and although I needed him to explain several times he was very patient about having to repeat himself to me. He talked me through everything regarding the mattress and the bed and I came away feeling that I had made the right choice.

The sales person, Michelle, was very friendly, not pushy or 'smarmy' like some sales people. She established what we were looking for, explained the options and then left us to make our decision

We knew the mattress we wanted and the store had several types of the brand. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and we were not rushed or harassed.

Very very very helpful staff

Prior to this visit I was in need of a mattress bag to transport an existing DREAMS mattress, which Adam kindly provided FOC. As a result I returned today to purchase another mattress. The service from Adam was exemplary. His knowledge and attitude, along with his pleasant disposition make him a credit to DREAMS. The whole process was completed in less than 30 minutes.

The lady at the Stockport store was lovely and very helpful and concise with information.

Adam and his assistant were more than helpful a very nice welcoming nothing was to much trouble .

There were plenty of beds to try, the staff were very helpful, there were plenty of beds to try within my low budget and I was out of the shop after 15 minutes.
