The staff were very helpful to cover our needs from viewing to delivery excellent.

my wife & i were grateful with the service offered by the sales person who was called adam from the stockport branch he could not have sold dreams as a business & dreams for the products of which we purchased well done dreams we will definatly buy from you in the future & would recommened you to friends family & colleugueswell done keep up the good work the product knowledge of adam is what sold dreams to us so we brought a brand new ottaman king size bed duvet pillows protector dreams were that good we went for the full monty

Nice person to deal with

The sales assistant was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained the different types of bases and mattresses available which helped us enormously to make our choice. Hospitality was also excellent with the staff offering us tea, coffee and water. We also had our son with us who was given chocolates ~ my 11yr old now reckons it's the best shop he has been in!

Memeber of sales staff was helpful, quick to undertsood our son's requirements and direct us to the appropriate products. Did not feel pressured at any time and purchasing options clearly explained. Will be replacing our double bed in the near future and based on this experience Dreams will be our first port of call
