Dreams - Stockport

Really friendly staff, really great balance of being left alone for awhile to browse but then available for questions - didn't feel any pressure sales which is very refreshing and as such it's a nice atmosphere to shop.

I went in certain that I needed a new mattress. The staff in store promptly checked what my partner and I needed, we said we’d like to just wander around for a bit and the EXCELLENT staff simply left us to our business until we needed them. They offered water/tea/coffee, and brought pillows over exactly when we needed but without us asking. The store manager (forgot name, but lady on shift on Sunday 26th) was unobtrusive but offered perfect guidance and knew where everything was. Offered her personal opinion as a fellow “front sleeper” when asked (I’ve been struggling with mattress/pillow combinations) and honestly couldn’t have been a better salesperson. We purchased a mattress that day and she didn’t force the sale or anything she just guided us through everything and gave us the space needed to make a decision. 10/10.

The member of staff who looked after us was called Liz and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better! Liz was very knowledgable and assisted us on all of our purchases we told her what we wanted and she recommended various items for us to try and provided a great service.

After a shocking customer experience in Benson's over the road (Peel centre) we visited your store. Amazing service. Lovely staff who were really helpful. Just what we needed with no fuss.

I knew what colour bed I wanted etc picked up on one straight away was offered the different headboards then tried a few mattresses was explained the difference with more springs and memory foam options very knowledgeable

Michelle, the store manager, helped us when we visited dreams stockport. She had just the right level of interaction, asking a few pertinent questions and pointing us towards the mattress we eventually chose. She made the experience highly satisfactorily and is an asset to your company.
