The assistant was absolutely great. He had good knowledge, make me feel very relaxed and was very professional.

Adam was extremely helpful. Two visits to store. Helped by measuring a bedframe on the first visit and then advised on divans on the second. His customer service was second to none. He even made us a brew while we retested the mattresses before placing our order. The order process was extremely fast and easy. I will definitely be recommending Adam/Dreams to friends & family. Thank you so much!

This is our second purchase from this store Adam was very helpful and polite bothe times. That is the reason we came back.

We went to the Stockport store and we were served by Michele and Kim. Kim was a Christmas temp and firstly made us a cup of tea and even though her knowledge wasn't up there yet with the products she was more than willing to learn and help us as to which she brought over Michele who was absolutely fantastic. Very pleasant and her knowledge about everything was second to none which made our desicison to buy a bed a very easy one. Definitely recommend family and friends to this store and I have no problems going back for further purchases.

We came into the dreams at Stockport store to purchase a new bed and mattress. Elizabeth that helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very friendly and professional.

Friendly helpful staff but not pushy.

We knew that we wanted a Tempur mattress but the price for the required size was not displayed. Adam in the Stockport branch immediately logged on to the system and within a minute we had the information. Adam was very knowledgeable about the product. He answered all our questions and talked us through the options available. Having made our decision he quickly took us through the ordering process. We had previously visited another branch of Dreams where our experience would have to be rated "dis-satisfied" and so our experience with Adam at Stockport was therefore all the better.
