Liz explained to us the colour coding system and gave us some excellent customer service throughout the sale.

Michelle the assistant was very helpful, we weren't rushed and we had a cup of tea made. She also kept bringing different pillows for us to try, she also told us to stay on the bed for as long as we liked

Overall we were dealt with very efficiently by your staff. They were very pleasant and very helpful.

Welcomed to the store on arrival. Offered a drink. Encouraged to take our time. Explained the meanings of the different coloured pillow cases on the beds. We didn't feel under pressure, and felt confident that we could ask for assistance as and when required. Provided with a pillow from the mattress range to use when testing the mattresses. This made a positive difference to the experience.

Michelle was lovely - whilst i was trying the beds she offered me a cup of tea and when i was ready she joined me to offer information. She was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions i had, and also gave me a lot of information about the beds and also available pillows.

The Sales Assistant was very helpful, offered the right level of help without being intrusive. I did feel the mattresses were a bit expensive. I chose Dreams because i bought my current bed there i.e. 16 years ago and it has been fantastic. However, back then a 50% off sale was genuinely 50% off.

Michelle was a great sales person. I explained I had a certain budget and she was great at explaining what was in budget and just out but it was up to me to try them and decide, lovely helpful person.

After being welcomed and finding out what I was looking for Liz showed me the type of mattress I was looking for and invited me to select a pillow so I could try the mattresses.Then she left me to do that which was great, so I took my time to test a variety of mattresses.I then was shown relevant bases and head boards and the storage options.When I had had a good look and made my decision I sat at the desk to place the order .

The member of staff (Liz) was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. She ordered the bedframe we were looking for as it wasn't in the store and helped us choose a bed settee (which we hadn't actually gone to the store for).

Mike was very helpful. We told him wed seen another bed in another store that was practically the same but a little cheaper. Mike priced matched straight away and helped us then choose a mattress and pillows on top.
