Although I knew exactly what product I wanted before visiting the store. The assistant confirmed all details with me and answered questions I was unsure about. There was very little waiting time and the staff were extremely polite.

We did our research online before visiting the store and found the website really useful. The online 'sleeping guide' meant we were able to identify the type of mattress that would suit us both and then the filters meant we could easily narrow our search down. When we went in store the sales team were on hand for any questions but overall the process was painless.

Good service and very friendly assistance with selected product,the assistant was also very knowledgeable of the product we bought.

The 2 staff were very friendly n Chatty offering me tea and biscuits and letting me leave my dream shopping there for bit and coming to car to help carry. Very informative about products and help with order and delivery.. I was 100%happy

Adam was friendly and very patient shown us lots of different bed/mattresses suggested we lay on all the different types and gave us are own pillows to try too so we can get a proper feel.

Michelle was very informative and approachable. She was available when needed but not pushy which can be off putting. Ordered the matress on Sunday and delivery was at a convenient time for me. Generally a very easy and fast transaction. Very helpful when you have two young children along for the ride.

Liz took the time to find out what we were after. my 16 yr old son is 6ft 4in so i was looking at the double beds and Liz was really helpful and tactful when my son and I had a disagreement about the size of the bed he needed. she was very friendly

Adam the assistant was helpful and had a nice friendly manner and was very knowledgeable.
