Liz was very helpful with finding the right bed, I was able to try many out and the service was attentive throughout

As soon as we walk in we was Offered a drink and any help we needed as I not good on my legs there there to help us with a chair or anything we needed I was so happy in the shop well done to the staff and thank you

Went to the store mid afternoon. Staff were really nice and helpful but not overly attentive (just what I like). The lady knew about the products and left me to try out the beds for comfort. She offered us tea or coffee. My Mum was on a stick so a chair was provided for her to sit. OVerall a very pleasant experience.

Very helpful. Ordered a king-size bed. Got home and changed my mind to a double. Rang up the next day. Was no problem at all. Very understanding .Good information on the bed and can pay to have it put up and remove old bed as well. Good information. Went and chose a mattress. Not knowing what to choose. Excellent nformation . Nothing was any trouble. Offered us a drink. Wow would not get this anywhere. Good information on types of pillows also was asked about new bedding. So helpful. No pressure from staff, I said I'd ask for assistance when I'd looked around, this I did and all was well. All in all a speedy and pleasant experience. The lady assistant was most helpful and knowledgeable. Sha asked if we'd like a brew, most welcome.

The assistant(lady) was extremely helpful and pleasant . Unfortunately the bed I wanted was not available when I wanted it but every effort was made to find a solution .

I have bought 2 mattresses from dreams now in last few years. Both times service was superb.

We were welcomed when we first arrived at the store and were left to browse. Liz offered our family refreshments and was available for advice but did not pressure us into any purchase. Liz was able to take our order and arrange delivery promptly.
