The lads in the store covered everything and were very respectful to my wife and myself showed us all the oroducts and let us try for the feel and fit of the matresses so overall we had a great experience.

We entered the store looking for a mattress, we had looked in other stores but felt that Dreams was the more comfortable experience. The lady at the Stockport store guided us through our decision on the most comfortable mattress, all the detail we were going to ask was explained with ease and without us asking' so we only had to decide the softness of our mattress.

Elizabeth was very helpful and we were offered a hot drink etc. Her knowledge was great and we came back with more (and for a better price) than we expected!

The Sales Assistant Michelle, was great. She was there if we needed to ask for assistance, but not pushy in any way and not lurking about like a vulture, like sometimes sales people appear in other stores. She was very friendly, and knew her stuff about the bed we were interested in buying. We will definitely be recommending to all friends and family. Thanks very much.

Friendly greeting, several offers of refreshment. Help available immediately when required but left alone to test beds for comfort without the embarrassment of feeling watched. I made three visits before choosing this bed and was recognised on 2nd and 3rd occasions and still treated in the same friendly manner. On the third occasion I was only intending to buy pillows but was convinced to buy the full package without feeling any sales pressure at all.
