On our initial visit, Liz at the store and the assstant manager (can't remember his name) were very helpful and attentive. They gave us all the info we requested but most importantly let us be by ourselves and decide what we wanted to do. We couldn't make a decision until the next day but weren't made to feel awkward as we walked out the store not placing an order. Liz gave us some very useful information as I have a spine problem and didn't even know about being able to claim back VAT as we need a recliner bed for mobility reasons. We went back the next day and Michelle the store manager looked after us! The whole experience was very pleasant and each member of staff understood our worries as we have have just recently encountered a bad experience with our current bed manufacturers and wanted to ensure we bought exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend the Stockport store!!!

Most of my furniture is from Dreams and since I met the Manger Michelle we seem to have struck friendship and understanding and the atmosphere in the store will all staff members is very relaxed and free which makes me feel comfortable to shop there.

Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the mattresses. She also kept our little toddler entertained while we tried out the mattresses in store. Excellent service.

Adam the sales adviser was more than helpful when we were choosing the right mattress for the bed we had choice. Very friendly, professional service.

Firstly we were allowed time by the store assistant to have a wander around and look at the choices. Secondly when we needed assistance she was very knowledgeable and helped us with our choice explaining all the options available including delivery etc
