The lady who helped me was incredibly friendly she knew the answer to all of my questions and she also went out of her way to help me when I needed to know the size of the bed. My good experience was mainly because of the staff

This was our first visit to a Dreams store & initially we only called in to research the range of matresses. Although the range is vast we were given great advice by a very knowledgeable, friendly assistant (Mike) who didn't pressurise or rush us. We not only replaced our aging mattress but also the divan.

Had issues with credit being accepted, however the staff were very understanding and helpful to finding a resolution that meant we got at least a mattress! Thank you Michelle and Adam.

very pleased with the approach of the staff asking me did I need assistance as I walked around the store and offered me a tea or coffee whilst I browsed ,I found that quite thoughtful. When I was ready to order the assistant Liz was efficient and obliging

Liz had a great product knowledge and from our previous order helped us to get what we wanted/with our upgrade/new order.

Michelle was very helpful when we visited, her knowledge was excellent and gave us lots of choices to think about. Before we had even discussed beds we were offered a bottle of water and an ice pop for our daughter (which was then immediately replaced when it dropped on the floor!) we hadn't planned to buy a tempur mattress but we were very impressed and Michelle gave us all the information on all the mattresses. The ottoman bed we had seen online was being built when we arrived so we were able to try that out too. The whole process was so smooth and the ladies even stayed after closing time to finish the order for us.

Mike and Michelle were great and dealt with our queries efficiently and patiently leading us through the choices to allow us to place the order very swiftly. Made us coffee too!
