Michelle from the Stockport store was extremely helpful. She took the time to listen to my requirements, made useful suggestions, was clearly very knowledgable and was patient as I stuggled to make a decision. The great service really made a difference!

Adam in your Stockport store was really helpful and precise in his information. Me and my boyfriend were struggling to find a mattress we both were comfortable with and he pointed us straight to the half and half mattresses by Natures Elite instead of getting us to try numerous other types other companies had done previously.

The atmosphere in the store was relaxing, good temperature, music and lighting. We weren't pressurised to hurry and felt at ease wondering around the store. Mike who served us was really friendly and helpful and gave us cups of tea. There was a really good range of mattresses, bases and bed heads and it was clearly organised so we knew the different categories and price range easily.

Adam (sales Stockport store) was very friendly and helpful through the whole process and did not pressure us in any way. He offered drinks and plenty of time to take a look around and see which items were best for us. Hi knowledge of the range was excellent and overall did a great job in sorting our new bed and mattress out.

We were given all the help we needed by a friendly well informed assistant. We were given a cup of tea and allowed all the time we needed to choose a bed, mattress and headboard.

The assistant was very experienced and without asking left us to browse and try mattresses. He then when asked had answers to our questions showing a breadth and depth of knowledge on the subject.
