Dreams - Stockport

The sales person in the store was helpful but not pushy. When I said I would return in a few days to make the purchase, she didn't press me to buy straightaway; which would have been a real turn-off. When I returned, she remembered me and we completed the purchase in a hassle free way. I waited to complete this survey until the delivery had been made (today). Placing the order is the easy part, getting the goods can be a different story, as I have found with when trying to but mattresses from John Lewis. I had a call this morning at 8.30 from the delivery team to confirm my delivery slot. Despite really heavy traffic in this area today, your men were here on time. They were good humoured and considerate of my home (e.g taking their boots off to walk over carpets and moving items that may have been damaged when carrying my super-king sized mattress up stairs). Overall, my experience of Dreams has been exemplary.

Lots of products displayed and with Dream Team member Michelle on hand to answer questions or advise without any hard sell, choosing our new bed was really easy and a pleasant experience.

The staff were very helpful, discussed our requirements and helped us to decide what would be best and gave us pointers based on their experiences with the bed. We were initially unsure, received no pressure but now looking forward to it's arrival.

Adam made the process very quick and easy, showing us suitable options to choose from and explaining both the products and process to us very clearly. The efficiency was exactly what we needed. The bed and mattress we purchased seemed of very high quality and at a reasonable price.

The lady in the Stockport branch was super friendly and helpful, offered drinks, engaged with my small child, reserved an item for next day pick up for me. I came back next day to buy and she was off shift but had left notes for her colleagues who were similarly helpful.

we felt highly satisfied because the assistant that served us called michelle was very friendly and approachable , her knowledge was excellent , while we was testing the bed she even went to get more firmer pillows for us to try , and even made us a coffee we felt relaxed straight away , michelle made the experience very satisfying , thanks again for great customer service

I had experienced shopping at Dreams Stockport previously and remembered the ease of it all so I went back again. I was very please with all the descriptions that were readily available in store. Particularly a big fan of the colour coding! This was complemented by friendly staff that listened to my needs and guided me to the best option based on my needs and budget. They even took the time to look online for further offers. This all helped my trip to the store to be efficient and quick. I was quite happy about that. Unfortunately the delivery was arranged for 15 after my visit which was slightly inconvenient. But the delivery is free so I am a happy customer!

Attentive staff, helpful, pleasant and an uncomplicated purchase. All questions answered. We have an old house and difficult stair access..shown sizes of packaging in warehouse. Returns policy explained.
