Megan, the sales assistant was highly knowlegable and enabled me to make a swift and decisive purchase.

Megan the sales lady was most helpful when I couldn't decide, she guided me through all the different firmnesses of the beds, even offered me a tea/coffee, so without her help I would gave probably gone hone empty gandef. Thank you Dreams.

I was shopping for beds with my toddler, i thought it would be challenging. The assistant that help me, was amazing he answered all my questions, and even entertained my son at the same time, he was professional and shown great knowledge of the product.

Both members of staff liz and michelle at the stockport branch were highly professional and very happy to help with a number of things. They were brilliant with my young son too who just had to get involved and take over a dinosaur bed. Very impressed with their amount of help they went above and beyond to make sure we were sure with our choice

There was a problem with the topper we took home. This was dealt with in a most satisfactory way. A credit to the store manager involved.

We were in need Of a new bed ,we saw the ad on television ,the next day we visited our Nearest Store and bought a Bed ! We next decided we had too have new Mattress and so We Returned to Dreams and bought the mattress along with a new duvet for an excellent price And we are very happy with every Purchase Thank You Dreams .

We had rushed round to Dreams in a bit of a state after the bed we'd had delivered from Bensons that day was unsatisfactory and will have to be returned. So we felt like we were back at square one looking for a new bed and very fed up when we walked in. We were helped extremely efficiently in choosing the right bed and mattress by Liz and she was able to arrange a good delivery date. It's good to see good old fashioned friendly service hasn't disappeared. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable and gave us just the right amount of space and helped us when we needed it.

Very clear layout of the store made it easy to find what we were looking for, The staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable.

From entering the store to leaving it there was a air of friendliness there was no rush to look around and the staff were very helpful explaining the product and letting you test the firmness and comfort of the beds they even offered us a drink which was very nice of her
