Great bloke who sorted us out. Knew loads about the different products and guides us perfectly. A great service. Second to none.

Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff member (Elizabeth) supported us when we needed it but was sensitive to the fact that we needed 'thinking' time too.

Michelle, the assistant was very helpful. She helped us to choose a mattress for the bed frame we had chosen. She offered us a drink and took the time to chat with our children. She explained everything clearly and made the whole experience a pleasant one.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but did not try and sell us things we didn't want. They gave us time to look around and try the beds and make our own decision, but made sure we knew they were available when we needed assistance.

Michelle was understanding of the medical condition that I have - ME/CFS and agreed that the Therapur bed was most suited to help me. I took out the bedcover service plan which is good value for the years it covers. She helped with choosing the the colour of the divan and explained all the paperwork.
