Dreams - Stockport

Michelle was assisting us in our enquiries and supplied refreshment drink due to being hot day. Very good saleswoman who knew all there is to know about beds/mattresses which helped us enormously in deciding to just go for it as we were only looking as a future consideration but thought in the end lets just go for it. This was due to the quality and price having compared other suppliers. Very pleased indeed. All we have to do is see our purchase at home on 9 October.

The overall experience was top notch. The lady who assisted us in store was excellent and i felt she helped us make the right decision.

Adam was very helpful yet not pushy. Offered me a cup of coffee whilst I browsed and allowed me time on my own to fully look and test the beds I was considering. The options at the end for assembly and recycle etc were also helpful. An overall pleasant experience and I'm looking forward to receiving my new bed.

I am a returning customer having purchased a bed a few years ago and I had a very good idea of what I was looking for. The assistant was able to indicate very quickly the beds I needed to look at and within 20 minutes had made my choice. During that time I was able to enjoy a cup of tea whilst wandering round the store. Thank you. Very pleasant experience.

As we were thinking of buying a new bed in the near future we decided to pop in store just to take a look. On seeing the great quality and prices on offer we decided there and then to buy. There was a great variety and the assistant was a great help. Would defiantly recommend.

The gentleman who worked with us offered us a drink which you do not get now adays. Nice customer knowledge and training.

Adam at the Stockport store was great! Made us feel welcome offering us a drink whilst we were looking around! Talked us through the ins and outs of every bed and mattress we looked at. He also was very understandable when we spoke to him about our price range and what we were looking for.

We were looking for a value mattress to replace the one on our guest bed. We ask the assistant to show us the one we had seen on line which he did. He described the qualities of the matress. Which purchased it and the assistant took it to our car.
