Matt the assistant was very helpful and really knew his stuff! He also advised me of all the different coloured pillows and what they meant, allowing me to really zero in on the right product. Even supplied a lovely brew at the end :) Top notch service!

A big thank you to your colleagues.. especially Michelle...she made us feel very comfortable.. greeted by a warm welcoming smile ... offered both myself and my wife a coffee...she definitely went the extra mile ... explained everything fully...and plenty of eye contact....she is a credit to your company ..and her skills we're exemplary.....big thanks Michelle....we would definitely return. The sales assistant was highly knowledgeable, she recognised me from looking in the store the day before, where she had recommended some products to me.

Good staff who were well informed, they gave us a coffee and you have a loo in store, they patiently explained everything and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast delivery is going to be.
