Very helpful, offer of tea and coffee appreciated, we were offered assistance but left to browse without being rushed

The colour coding system identifies which of the many beds on display to look at which is a great help. The sales people were polite and helpful but not at all pushy, just there when you needed them. The reductions were generous and I am very happy with my choice

I was served by Adam who was very knowledgable, friendly without being false, and made me a lovely cup of tea. He wasn’t pushy like some sales assistants but very helpful and I bought 2 mattresses, protectors and pillows.

The assistant Liz was extremely helpful but never pushy. Remembered us when we came back to the store and generally couldn't have been better. The bed we purchased was just what we were looking for and in our budget.

The whole process was very friendly, did not really feel like shopping. We were given drinks and allowed to spend ages trying everything out. Good knowledge and advice. Kids were well looked after too. Our faffing and indecision was not a problem to Michelle, she was very unerstanding and explained everything to us. She was not pushy at all, let us take our time and was very helpful. The process was very smooth. Felt like friends by the end!

The 2 guys in your Stockport shop were excellent. A real credit to your company. Tailored their approach to my needs. Adams product knowledge was spot on, the other chap(sorry didn't get his name) even offered me a brew which was a nice touch, showed that they care about the customer not just their commission.
