Friendly staff member, not pushy

Walked in store, really helpful assistance although I knew what I wanted. Quick speedy service. Gave me a idea of special offers in relation to the bed linen etc. When I wanted to move my delivery date it was done really well.

Before walking into the Dreams store we had no idea what mattress we were looking for, however, after speaking to Michelle who greeted us as soon as we walked in we left knowing exactly what we needed including the mattress we wanted, for a great price.

When entering the store, colleagues gave us time to look around before approaching which we appreciated. We described to the assistant what we were looking for, she showed us the options that suited our needs. She then advised that there was a particular item that was an ex-display that was perfect for us at the price we wanted to pay. Process of the payment was explained clearly and use of the product to ensure we didn't have any injuries. Quick delivery too.

Adam was great from the off, very informative wasn’t too pushy and had a friendly attitude towards me and my family.

Liz helped us choose our beds,she was very helpful and full of information,left us to take our time ,to choose but without her kindness and understanding of what we required i think we would have made the wrong choice,we are both in our 70s and was in need of expert advice ,which she gave in abundance.the store was clean and Liz made us a hot brew ,which i might add was very nice.we have bought from you before with no problem ,but this time we looked about in different stores ,i have to say it was her knowledge,and her approach,understanding,kindness that we chose your company.Liz is most definitely an asset to your company .A BIG THANKYOU from us both and looking forward to a good nights sleep.
