I had only gone in to Dreams in Stockport on a whim, as I had been considering buying a new mattress. However, the staff were so nice and the service so thorough (they even stayed open past closing time to accommodate me on a Sunday), and their willingness to explain the products and allow me to try the mattresses meant I made my purchase then. The fact they recycled my old mattress for me was highly appreciated and the delivery drivers were also very friendly and very careful when entering my home. Good all round!
