Michelle greeted us in a friendly manner and was able to quickly show me the two mattresses I had earmarked following an online search of your website. She was also able to recommend a 'firm' alternative single mattress which I found to be more comfortable than my original choice.

Very good staff. We were served by Michelle who was very knowledgeable and friendly making us feel comfortable with the layout of the store and products to select from. Michelle explained the pricing of all items and gave in depth information on each type of mattress and bed.

Staff were good and not too pushy

I found the sales man very very good I explained what I wanted also told him about my husbands needs he was understanding sat there with me and helped me choose . The name of salesman was called Adam he offered me coffee and told me to take my time just let him know when I wanted him . he did not hassle me at all wish all salesmen were like Adam .

Michelle the assistant was available whenever we needed her and left us alone to browse when we didn't need her. Any questions we had were answered professionally and she was very friendly. We have had bad experience in other shops where it feels like hard sell so we just walk away. Michelle even greeted us with an hello and offered us a free tea or coffee!
