Dreams - Stockport

We were dreading finding a new bed but Liz at dreams made it painfree and simple. Her knowledge was excellent and we soon found the bed we wanted.

The staff members knowledge of product was very good, he was helpful, available and very informative without being pushy or overbearing. Very pleasant to deal with, and wa very accommodating of our requests and need to try around 50% of the beds in the store!

Michelle, who served us, was fantastic. She was very patient when I was indecisive and tried to entertain my toddler who was getting bored at being in the store. She took the time to listen to our needs and was just fantastic. I felt like she was genuinely interested in us, more than simply a sales revenue. She engaged with us well and built up great rapport. I wasn’t intending to buy so much during this visit but, her customer service and persona meant I actually purchased 4 expensive beds plus some bedding. I subsequently wanted to amend my order and she was fabulous about this too and, again, very patient. She is a credit to your company.

I've had serious that has left me desablied and Michelle really got to know our needs and was more than syipathetic. We were offered and upgrade on pillows and tea or coffee, everything was explained in high detail which made our choice easier. Michelle is a exceptional member of the team and any other future buys we will be heading for her uncanny knowledge of her products. I as a customer didn't felt rushed over powered or put out with the way we were felt with. So thank you Michelle. The guy that fell out of the tree. Steven Barber.

Very helpful assistant, who helped us and helped us find the best price for what we wanted! Great with our kids- offering biscuits etc!! Got the bed we wanted and a mattress to suit us both for a good price!

I visited The Dreams Store in Stockport And was served by Michelle. What a lovely helpful lady! I was offered a cup of tea while she gave me great advise on choosing a mattress for my back problems. I’ve been in terrible pain recently so choosing something that was right was really important to me. Michelle explained everything in detail and I made a final purchase including a divan and headboard as well. What I find great is that if I don’t get along with the mattress I’m covered with the Comfort exchange after 40 nights so I can change it.
