The service was efficient, the store assistant was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and my order was processed easily.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, i was buying a mattress for my mother and they made it very easy.

Michelle & Sully at the Stockport branch were extremely helpful, knowledgable, very friendly and not pushy like you find in some other stores. They explained the layout of the store, the different colour codes of the bed products available and left us to look at the beds at our leisure occasionally coming over to lend any assistance they could or to offer refreshments. When we finally decided on our purchase they were both very helpful in talking us through the usual T&C's and completing the purchase with the upmost professionalism. Michelle and Sully (other was covering Stockport from his usual Preston branch) are a credit to the Dreams company and were a pleasure to deal with.

Our transaction was completed speedily, competently and in a friendly manner.

Adam, who served us, was highly competent and knowledgeable without being pushy. He obviously wanted us to have all the information we needed to make the right decision, whilst also making it quite clear that we remained covered under the returns policy. He was both friendly and fun to deal with. As an ex "Personnel" man I would have been more than happy to employ him.
